(2 of my own who are grown adults 29 and 21 and 4 stepchildren (13, 5, 4, and 2)... a life partner, a business owner, a best friend, a daughter... life tends to take over. I know it's easy to say "I'm too busy to (enter excuse here) for myself. I'm here to tell you, it's detrimental to care for your well being and to allow you to pamper yourself. Acts of self care are crucial when life gets tough. We must be the one to fill our cup. To pour into our soul. Let me pamper you for the day!
